Mark Weber is a Critical Care Nurse Practitioner and has been working in the Pediatric ICU since 2014. Mark is being recognized by his peers for patient advocacy and mentorship. He currently leads the Vascular Access team at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia and is involved in numerous initiatives that positively impact patient safety. Mark continuously shows respect through positive communication when supporting his peers and staff. He is a fearless NP leader and a great role model for APPs.
